Your data is strictly used to deliver high-quality, personalized healthcare reminder services:

• To send personalized medication and dosage reminders via WhatsApp, SMS, or Push Notifications.
• To process symptom inputs and assist users with automated symptom tracking.
• To manage administration, billing, support requests, and user account verification.

We implement strict technical and organizational security measures to protect your health and personal information. All communication with our servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology, and sensitive data is stored securely.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your medical or personal details to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers (like SMS gateways or cloud storage provider APIs) necessary to run our service, under strict confidentiality agreements.

When an AI symptom check recommends seeing a doctor (triage: VISIT_DOCTOR or EMERGENCY), the app optionally requests your device's location to display nearby clinics and hospitals powered by Google Places API.

• What we collect:Your device's latitude and longitude at the time of the request.
• How it is used: Location coordinates are sent directly to Google Places API to fetch nearby healthcare providers. AiCareDose does not retain or store your location on our servers.
• Third-party disclosure:Google receives location data as part of the Places API call. This is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy (policies.google.com).
• Opt-out: You may deny location permission on your device at any time. The app will still function — nearby doctor suggestions will simply not be available.
• No profiling: Location data is never used for advertising, profiling, or sold to third parties.
