Welcome to AiCareDose. By accessing or using our admin panel, website, or associated applications and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this dashboard, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to satisfy them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Admin Accounts and Security

As an authorized user of this admin panel, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (username/password) and any activity generated under your account. You agree to notify management immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the AiCareDose admin dashboard solely for managing patient medication systems, symptom analytics, and verifying configuration details. You must not use the service for any malicious, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The platform incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) to generate certain insights, content, analytics, and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. You must independently verify any AI-generated data or suggestions before making clinical, medical, or administrative decisions.

5. Nearby Doctor Suggestions Feature

AiCareDose includes a feature that suggests nearby doctors and medical clinics based on the user's current location when an AI symptom assessment recommends a physician visit (triage level: Visit Doctor or Emergency). By using this feature, you agree to the following:

Location Access:The app requests your device's location (latitude & longitude) solely to search for nearby healthcare providers via the Google Places API. Location data is not stored on our servers.
Third-Party Data: Doctor listings are sourced from Google Places API and may not always be up-to-date, accurate, or comprehensive. AiCareDose does not endorse, verify, or recommend any specific doctor or clinic.
Not Medical Advice: Nearby doctor suggestions are provided as a convenience tool only. The final decision to consult a particular doctor rests entirely with the user. AiCareDose is not responsible for outcomes arising from consulting any listed provider.
Emergency Situations: In the event of a medical emergency, please call your national emergency number (e.g., 112 in India) immediately. Do not rely solely on the app to locate care.
